Eminem is another artist who has managed to stay strong through his career. He has way more albums than what you might think, and while some of them aren’t the top on my list, this one definitely is. Beats like 3am, We Made You, Old Time’s Sake, and Crack A Bottle make this easy to crank up and let the subwoofers rattle the house or car. Also, you might want to check out his new song, Elevator.

Jay-Z: The Blueprint 3

Can you go wrong with a Jay-Z album? I don’t think so. Anyone who can make a song about a hard life and use kids in the chorus is alright in my book! In Blueprint 3, he has the crazy beats he’s known for and with songs like Run This Town and Empire State of Mind, I can put this album on Repeat on my iPod and be just fine.
My Band of the Moment

3oh!3 is one of my favorite bands. While they only have two albums out that I’m aware of, they are gaining momentum and exposure. I didn’t know they were from Boulder, CO. The music definitely has a Southern California sound to it with their puns and white boy rap sound mixed with electronica beats.
My favorites are Chokechain, Richman, Still Around. Check it out and let me know what you think.
